Cole Goudge

Cole Goudge is a loan officer with a passion for helping clients navigate the mortgage process with ease and confidence. A University of Arizona graduate with a degree in finance, Cole has been in the mortgage industry since day one—working across traditional purchase and refinance loans, non-QM products, and hard money lending for real estate investors, developers, and builders.
With over $500 million in closed volume across thousands of transactions as both of a loan officer and account manager, Cole brings deep experience and a problem-solving mindset to every deal. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, he focuses on creating a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys lifting weights at the gym, boating at any nearby lake, catching live music in Nashville, and cheering on his favorite sports teams especially the Pittsburgh Steelers.
